Yes. Journaling and personal reflection exercises within the core curriculum are private and are not reviewed by facility staff or Empowerium. Only the Syllabus & Student Notes and the Program Evaluation & Participant Questionnaires are reviewed for completion verification. The Participant Questionnaires are forwarded to Empowerium, using a facility-assigned ID — no participant names are collected.

No. The program is entirely print-based — no tablets, computers, internet access, or software required. This makes it compatible with any housing unit and immune to technology-related disruptions.

Yes. Because participants work independently, the program isn't dependent on staff availability, classroom access, or scheduled programming blocks.
